Health Concerns:
    o Severe Bovinophobia | After getting trampled in a bison stampede, Eden has a deep-rooted fear of being amongst bison. She'll still track them down and perform her duties, but she cannot participate in hunts and get close to the bison without freezing, so she usually just avoids joining these hunts. It only applies to bison.
    o Severe Pyrophobia | After Aryn's Great Fire, Eden suffers crippling debilitation caused by the smell of smoke or sight of fire.
    o Depression | Eden is suffering greatly in the aftermath of the Inquisition; between the buildup of the paranoia, the effects of the fire, and the loss of Raphael, Eden is in a fairly dark place mentally. 
    o Breathing Problems | As a result of the smoke inhalation during the Great Fire, Eden's lungs are somewhat damaged and she has breathing problems which worsen with stress and strenuous activity.

Despite coming from a highly isolated family, Eden is the exact opposite of that. A compassionate social butterfly, Eden loves nothing more than whittling away hours talking to her pack mates. She doesn't keep many secrets, reading like an open book, in matters both good and bad. While she's open-minded on most matters, when her opinion differs, she can be incredibly stubborn and unyielding on her own truth. She can deal the truth with sass and a bit of fire, though, to be honest, since becoming a mother, she has mellowed a little.

Eden, as an Arynian, is devoutly religious and often wonders about the nature of existence. She thinks the world is beautiful, which is why she became a Ranger: to have a chance to see everything she possibly can. She loathes routine, and feels restless easily, preferring to do things new and different as often as she can, experience the world through a different lens at every opportunity. She craves learning, finding that the acquisition of knowledge is crucial to a well-rounded existence. She is quite intelligent, but this intellect is tapered with strong emotions. She feels everything at its strongest - the deepest depths of grief, the profoundest joy, the fiercest anger. Generally, however, these are fleeting feelings, and taper off before too much time passes.

Always curious, Eden's inquisitive nature hasn't faded even with her general mellowing with the advent of motherhood.

Since the start of the Inquisition, Eden has been paranoid about her pack mates and stressed about all social matters. She's afraid to talk to some of her pack mates, for fear they'll say something she'll have to report them for, and mostly limits herself to her family and the Rah'at, so she won't have to report anybody. Her paws itch to range and explore again, but with the threat of Vektren looming, she feels uncomfortable leaving the safety of Aryn's main densite, and tries to keep Kane, Barin, Urs, or Raphael in range at all times, making her seem somewhat clingy. And maybe she is?

{Quick Overview}

    - Eden was born alongside Abel and Everard into the Aryn pack to a courser, Eeva, and a warden, named Salem. 
        - Salem and Eeva had borne reservations about starting a family, after the exodus, fearing they'd be uprooted again, but their pack mates encouraged them, insisting the pack needed more pups and they'd be wonderful parents.
    - Doting family time ensues, and everyone's happy for a while. Everard is stubborn and full of bitterness (though for what reason, Eden never knew), and Abel is shy and timid, but Eden is bright and outgoing.
    - Good family life: Everard dreams of being a Vicar (of all things!), Abel dreams of being a courser, and Eden, who feels the tug of adventure, wants to be a ranger.
        - The earthquake occurs. Salem and Eeva were upon a mountain ridge when it occurred, and died. Their bodies were found a short time later.
        - It is Everard who finds them, and he severely injures himself trying to get down to them. He breaks a hind leg and it bleeds profusely. He dies the next day.
    - Eden and Abel are dumbfounded, and are only recently getting back into their old habits. Eden feels assured her parents and brother are living with The One and believes them to be in a better place than Aryn, though sometimes she weeps softly for them when she's alone. Abel doesn't speak much to anybody about it, not even his sister.
    - Abel approached his sister recently, and admitted to her that Aryn didn't feel like home. He felt the ghosts of their parents in the emptiness at night, and he felt like he needed to leave the pack. He said goodbye to her and left at the beginning of autumn. Eden was heartbroken, and misses her brother greatly, but knew better than to go after him.

OTHER INFORMATION

Likes :
    o Ranging. Eden enjoys the freedom of exploration, of pressing into the lesser-known parts of the territory, of climbing high peaks and touching the sky.
    o Her family. Eden has built a lovely family, with her mate, Kane, her three children, and her son-in-law. She knows grandpups are on the way (which makes her feel so old!) but she really isn't that old. She has closeness to Raghaalr, and Raphael, and, before they vanished, Seven and Lazarus. 
    o Pine trees. She loves the smell of the pines; it makes her feel at peace.

Dislikes :
    o Fighting. Eden has never enjoyed the idea of turning her fangs against her fellow wolf, but since she was attacked, she knows the likelihood of needing to fight to save herself or her pack mates is looming ever closer. Still, she'll avoid it whenever she can.
    o Confinement. When Vektren attacks became common and Arynians had to go out in pairs or more, Eden lost some of the freedom she loved, and it hasn't been recovered.
    o Extended periods of rain. Long periods of rainy days make Eden feel exceedingly miserable, and she doesn't appreciate having wet fur, either.

Fears :
   o Having to Leave the Territory. She knows Aryn was forced from its old home to its current one in the Domain, and fears the possibility of it happening again.
   o Vektren. Having been attacked and nearly killed in an attack by Vektren, Eden fears them now more than ever, for they're at war.
   o Outsiders coming into the pack. Heel, the wolf who nearly killed her, infiltrated as a guest. Eden is extremely afraid of the wolves who haven't been born-and-bred Arynians - save those who entered the pack as pups, like Ragnarok.
   o Breaking bones. After her brother, Everard, broke his leg and died from shock and blood loss, Eden's been terrified of having the same happen to her.
   o Hunting Bison. Ever since the incident that nearly cost her life, Eden's been too afraid to join the pack in bison hunting. She'll scout, but not go near the beasts.


Goals :
   o SHORT TERM | Survive the war with Vektren, and have her family survive the war, too.
   o LONG TERM | Help her pack mates to find the peace lost when Vektren started war with them.

Extra Information :
    - Eden is very religious, and it has only strengthened since the deaths of her parents and brother. She believes the One takes care of them now.
    - One of Eden's peculiarities is her tendency to look at her paws whenever she is about to say something her parents wouldn't approve of, or she's feeling incredibly self-conscious. This includes asking too many questions, annoying somebody, or instigating a conversation with someone older than her. 
    - Although she's taken the task of Ranger, Eden is a bit of an oddball. While most Rangers she has spoken to are withdrawn and prefer to be away from the pack, Eden is happiest when she returns from ranging and gives reports before spending some time with Aryn. She's very social, which is unusual for a Ranger.
